The traveler may terminate the package travel contract at any time before the start of the package service.

If the contract is terminated by the traveler, the organizer is entitled to request the termination fee previously specified in the contract.

The traveler has the right to terminate the contract and not pay the termination fee if there are unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination that affect the provision of the package service. In such a case, the traveler is entitled to a full refund of all payments made for the package service.

The organizer may terminate the package travel contract and refund all payments if:

• The number of people registered for the package service is less than the minimum number specified in the contract;
• The organizer is unable to fulfill the contract due to unavoidable extraordinary circumstances.
