If you have a complaint, submit a written complaint to the car rental company, clearly describing your issue. Every rental company has a customer service department that handles consumer complaints.

If the issue cannot be resolved this way, you can submit a complaint to ECC Latvia.

You can also file a complaint with the European Car Rental Conciliation Service (ECRCS), established by the European trade association LeaseEurope (http://www.leaseurope.org/).
