Traffic Violations

If the consumer commits a traffic violation during the rental period, they are responsible for covering all costs and paying any fines. Additionally, the rental company may charge an administrative fee for processing the violation.

Traffic Accidents

Detailed instructions on what to do in case of a traffic accident are included in the rental agreement. In most cases, the consumer must:

• Call the police and obtain an official report.
• Collect the names of all involved parties.
• Contact the rental company as soon as possible to inform them of the situation.

Vehicle Malfunctions

If any technical issues occur during the rental period, the consumer must immediately contact and inform the rental company. Most rental vehicles come with roadside assistance.
