Keep in mind that when ordering goods from an online store registered in a third country (outside the European Union), you may have to account for additional costs when the goods cross the Latvian border.

For commercial shipments exceeding 22 EUR, a 21% value-added tax (VAT) must be paid. Additionally, if the shipment’s value exceeds 150 EUR, a customs duty must also be paid.
