Tips Before Making a Purchase
Before purchasing your chosen product online, it is recommended to ensure that the transaction is safe and always be aware of your rights on how to act if the seller does not respect consumer rights.
Unlike a purchase agreement made in a “traditional” manner, an agreement made online differs in that the contract is concluded in an electronic environment. Given the specific nature of this type of transaction, European Union regulations provide special protection specifically for the consumer to safeguard the “weaker” party in the contract.
